Gamarada 10 week program

From Gamarada Men’s program, there are now 10 sessions. Each night includes techniques to strengthening the spirit, working wholistically, learning how to deal with energy and learning ways to control emotions and reactions, involving practical techniques. Aboriginal culture and spirituality is central to this process. Briefly, the 10 sessions include the following general outline..

Anger management & self healing - 1 session @ possible follow up

From Gamarada Men’s Healing Group, a session has been developed that is meant for graduates of the program to be able to run themselves in the community and to charge their own fees for this. This is called the Anger Management and Healing session. It mixes Aboriginal healing with cultural material, incorporating Eastern methods for relaxation, cleansing and awareness.

What is Offered

A comprehensive 1-5 – 2 hour presentation from the Gamarada 10 week program, including practice exercises and an optional 1-hour follow-up session, 2-6 weeks later.

Note – the course includes 7 basic practical techniques to work with anger and help with self healing from a range of areas including Aboriginal cultural, Buddhist, Yoga and from Dr Elizabeth Kubler Ross.
